Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Illuminations Lights via www.illuminationlighting.ie, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This email simply confirms the details that we have received from you. Illuminations Lights reserves the right to cancel any orders if there was a genuine and honest mistake due to any technical issues. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This is accepted by us when we send a further e-mail order acknowledgement (confirming the dispatch of the order or marked ordered with the supplier).
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error;
- There is a system or procurement failure; or
- Failed customer validation checks.
Acceptance will be complete at the time we send the acknowledgement e-mail to you. Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in an acknowledgement e-mail do not form part of that contract. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations, and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information was entered into the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures, or finishes of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual product may vary slightly from what you see, depending on your monitor and computer equipment. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will not be liable for any reason if the Illuminations Lights website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or the entire Illuminations Lights website.
Taxes and Duties
When ordering goods from Illuminations Lights for delivery outside Ireland and United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance charges, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. We have no control over these charges.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Delivery of Goods
Goods ordered from www.illuminationlighting.ie are dispatched under the following terms and conditions:
- Payment is made in advance when the order is placed.
- Goods remain the property of the seller until received by the buyer and full payment confirmed.
- Claims for losses or shortages must be made within three days of the invoice date.
- Orders are accepted for execution at prices current at the date of dispatch.
- No goods shall be returned without prior agreement and a returns number.
