At Illuminations Lights, we hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us via email at info@illuminationlighting.ie , and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. Below is our returns and exchange policy, which outlines everything you need to know.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 working days from the date you receive your items to return them to us, provided the items are in their original packaging, undamaged, and have not been fitted. If the items are returned in as-sold condition and accompanied by the original receipt within this 14-day period, we can offer you one of the following:

• A full refund to the original payment method
• An exchange for another item
• Store credit to the same value as your original purchase

Please note, if the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present when the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs Please be aware that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When returning an item due to a change of mind, please retain proof of tracking. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the goods being returned. All returns are your responsibility until they reach us.

For larger items, an alternative solution may need to be discussed with our sales team. This also applies to items delivered on a pallet or other large, bulky items, as these will not be picked up by an external courier. For large, bulky items, a fee of up to €80 may be applied if they need to be collected due to a change of mind.

In-Store Purchases Please ask in-store for our refund policy, as we offer exchanges and credit notes—no cash or card refunds are provided in-store.

Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.

Please ensure that your order number is clearly visible on the label/packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as-sold condition in their original packaging, with all documentation included, and the items and their packaging are undamaged and unused.

Clearance Items No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for items bought from our Clearance section. These items are typically shipped within 1-3 working days, with free shipping available on orders over €100.
